OpenScholar's social content strategy aimed to increase awareness, engagement, and legitimacy among its target audience—primarily academics and research institutions. It utilizes compelling visual elements and targeted messaging in order to highlight the platform's key features, case studies, and collaboration tools, as well as valuable resources and expert insights from thought leaders in the industry.
The strategy involved establishing several content categories—such as client highlights, blog carousels, expert videos, and quotations—as well as a cadence for posting on various channels.
The content creation included developing a mix of infographics, videos, case studies, user highlights, and engaging graphics that showcase the platform's services.
Creation was done using Canva, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
The content was coordinated and distributed across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
